Message from the Principal

Dear Haw Creek Families,

I have truly been honored and blessed to have served as the principal at Haw Creek Elementary for the past seven and a half years. Together, we have experienced much success, handled many challenges, but most importantly we have done what is best for the children at Haw Creek. I will always cherish the many fond and proud memories of my time with you all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your trust and support.

I wish you all a wonderful, safe, and fun summer break! You all deserve it.

Sincerely,

June Tribble

Parents of Students with Medical Conditions please contact your school nurse and see below:

The county requires new medical forms EVERY school year for every student that has a listed medical condition.  The forms must be signed by a doctor and dated after the last day of school this year for the 2022/2023 school year. Please provide them to your school nurse when school resumes in August to ensure a safe and healthy school year.

Please click here to print the necessary Action Plan Form for each medical condition.

  • Epipen and/or Benadryl require an Allergy Action Plan
  • Asthma medications require an Asthma Action Plan
  • Seizure Medications require a Seizure Action Plan
  • Use the Individual Healthcare Plan for conditions not listed
  • Other health condition forms are available as well
  • For any medications use the Medication Administration Form
  • All prescription meds will require a doctor’s signature.

Also, please contact your student’s primary care provider to see if they will need any required immunizations before school resumes in August.

Message from the iLab

Mrs. Kelley and Mrs. Compeau are preparing the iLab collection for inventory.  If your child receives notice of a missing book and you think you have turned it in, please have your child bring the notice to the iLab and we will check the shelves together.  If your child has lost a book, you will receive a notice of funds due.  Please make checks payable to Haw Creek Elementary or send exact change.  We are not able to make change.  All books are due by May 11th.

A message from Mrs. Kelley:
